Senior Project Manager covering Yorkshire with hybrid working

Your new company
This established development organisation has a variety of projects in the pipeline, from £20-£50 million, including regeneration, industrial, build to rent and offices. They are looking to expand the team with an experienced Project Manager who can run with some of these large projects.

Your new role
You will be managing projects from the initial stages, appointing design teas, pulling together tender lists, applying for funding or creating development agreements and coordinating all of the necessary stakeholders. You will be responsible for the budgets, target dates and the quality of construction. This role requires you to be flexible, balancing site visits, project meetings, updating documentation and supporting the wider team. You will act as a point of contact for the business, such as Development Surveyors for technical advice, Graduates for professional support and regular communication with the Project Director. You will also ensure sites are safe and CDM regulations are adhered to at all times.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have completed a degree, such as Building Surveying or Construction Project Management with membership for CIOB or RICS. You will have well rounded development project experience such as commercial private sector developments and some joint venture public sector regeneration. Ideally you will have experience mentoring or supporting team members, maybe even direct people management. You will have excellent stakeholder engagement and coordination skills.
