MRICS Associate Building Surveyor

Permanent opportunity for an associate chartered building surveyor to work with a consultancy in Manchester.

Your new company
A national consultancy with 7 offices across the UK and workload ranging across commercial, retail, industrial, utilities and education sectors. They are looking to significantly grow their team in Manchester over the next 12 months and with them being a subsidiary from a larger group they have the projects to support this growth.

Your new role
In this role you will be working as part of a team of 8 and will look after several graduate surveyors and support them on their journey to chartership. This is a client facing role where you will develop and maintain strong working relationship resulting in repeat business. On daily basis you will look at dilapidations, party walls, contract administration.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a chartered building surveyor with PQE experience working within technical building surveying. If you have previous experience working with private sector clients within the retail and commercial sectors, this could be the role for you.
