Town Centre Programme Manager

A busy East Midlands client is on the lookout for an interim Town Centre Programme Manager. You will manage the successful development and delivery of a wide range of projects,undertake a comprehensive stakeholder engagement programme, and successfully lead the town deal process as set out by the government while working with other partners/stakeholders.

• Programme managing the delivery of works streams in the Towns Investment Programme 

• Over see the re-opening of high streets fund and welcome back funds as part of the Governments Town Centre strategy while remaining aware of potential funding sources and preparing funding bids for particular projects as appropriate opportunities arise.

• Develop a vision and plan of action for several towns and commission and contract management activity to deliver these objectives for the Towns within the District while leading and implementing transformational projects to regenerate the town centre
