A small but busy local authority in the North West is looking for an experienced town cnetre project manager to assist with a town centre funding programme which will cover the regeneration of the town centre itself as well as a shopping complex regeneration project.
Essentials:
- Experience managing a town centre programme within the regeneration field
- Public Sector experience
- Ideally a previous role dealing with Future High Street or Town deal funding pots.
