Senior Surveyor - Central London Office Leasing

Our client is an extremely well-established global property company that provides the highest level of real estate advice across a wide variety of services and all asset types. This is an opportunity to work within a fairly small team with the support and reputation of a large and well-respected property firm.

Your new role
You will be working within the London City Office Leasing team advising landlords on acquisitions, disposals and long term leasing strategies for a range of high-end trophy offices within Central London.

What you'll need to succeed
You should ideally be MRICS, with proven office agency experience across different markets. The firm are looking for the right candidate to hit the ground running so anyone who has built up a solid network of relevant contacts within this industry will be at an advantage.

What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will earn between £45,000 and £50,000 depending on experience.
