Your new company
Global market-leading real estate consultancy specialising in professional services and investment management. This firm deals with a wide range of high net-worth clients from across the UK and worldwide, building strong professional relationships based on the highest level of service.

Your new role
You will be joining the Residential Advisory division of the business, which accounts for around half of the organisation's headcount and revenue. Due to an increase in business over the last few months, the Affordable Housing team are looking for two Associate Directors on the Investment Valuation side of the team. Busy, growing, and very successful in our market, the team needs a skilled valuer who can lead and take responsibility for complex portfolio valuations of social housing throughout the country. Social housing experience is not a prerequisite for the role.

Working in support of a Director, this role would suit someone who is very proficient with DCF valuation models, comfortable handling large amounts of data, highly numerate, and with a keen eye for detail. Fluent report writing and strong communication skills with clients, both investors and lenders, are essential, coupled with an empathy for the social housing sector and the people it serves. The roles are based in their head office in London's West End.

What you'll need to succeed

  • MRICS Qualified (3+ years' PQE)
  • RICS Registered Valuer
  • Strong experience in the valuation of property assets using DCF, either residential property or other asset classes
  • Fluent user of MS Excel, including data analysis and financial modelling
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly numerate and comfortable handling large amounts of data


What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will earn between £50,000 and £58,000 depending on experience as well as a £4,500 car allowance and a discretionary bonus.
