This developer who specialise in residential parks, leisure parks and marinas is looking for an in-house Planning Manager to join the team at a hugely pivotal time in the industry to accommodate for the increase in demand for existing and new sites on a nationwide scale.

A proven record of liaising with local planning authorities, submission of a variety of planning applications and appeal work, as well as a sound knowledge of National Planning Policy Framework will put you in good stead for this role. Good negotiation skills and a commercial awareness are also ideal traits.

But the truth is, this client is open to speaking with a determined Town Planners with a self-starter attitude to fully embrace this exciting opening in their team.
