The role will investigate and analyse property development opportunities with a view to debt funding projects through the company platform. The role covers Property Development, Planning, Valuation, Market Analysis, plus an opportunity to play a part in a leading team in a sector of significant growth.
Duties will include reviewing, advising, and amending applications from potential developers and advising customers on all aspects of the development process including due diligence on developments/ investments, conducting appraisals, structuring deals and providing technical development advice. A key aspect of the role with involve building relationships with property professionals/ developers and developing relationships with customers and contributing to business development.
This role would be ideal for a motivated property professional looking for a different path to the traditional property consultancy career, somewhere fast paced with great opportunity for advancement.
The successful candidate will have a passion for property and a thirst to work in an exciting, disruptive growth stage business, prepared and able to continually add value. In addition to this, strong IT skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience in producing detailed reports.
