Bailey Partnership are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their newly formed South Coast office based in Chichester.

As part of our growth strategy, the business has expanded its Building Consultancy offering in the form of a brand-new South Coast office based in Chichester. As such, we are now seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join the team and contribute to its future success.
Reporting to the Director of South Coast, as a Senior Building Surveyor you will be responsible for undertaking a range of building consultancy and project management services. The business already has an exciting pipeline of projects across a varied client base, with ambitions to secure more instructions and see the office grow organically
What you'll need
The Senior Building Surveyor role is an important position that represents the next step of growth for the South Coast business. As such, you will need to be an experienced professional Building Surveyor, with demonstrable strengths in your technical and personal abilities.
Key requirements include;
- MRICS / MCIOB qualified preferred, but not essential
- Significant Building Surveying experience, preferably working at within a Construction Consultancy or Surveying Practice
- Technically proficient in delivering a range of Building Surveying related projects, across a variety of sectors
- Proven abilities in preparing work specifications and tenders, writing building condition reports, and undertaking contract administration.
- Be a self-driven, commercially astute professional, with high levels of attention to detail.
