Senior Project Manager to join Commercial Fit Out Team in London

Our client is a leading commercial real estate firm. The Commercial & Occupier Fit Out Team is growing and one of the leading consultancy working with Central London Tier 1 Occupier clients

Description

To take a leading role in the delivery of a high profile portfolio of predominately Category A refurbishments and fast track Category B fit outs from inception through to completion

Projects:

• Financial Services Client - New HQ in Victoria : 130,000sqft Cat B & refurbishment - currently Stage 2 Design
• Leading IT Software Client - New Cambridge HQ : 90,000sqft, currently in procurement - on site in the autumn
• FTSE100 Telecommunication Client - HQ in City of London : 300,000sqft
• Law Firm Client - City of London Office : 30,000sqft fit-Out
• Boutique Investment Client : 130,000sqft large refurbishment, currently stage 2.

Profile

• 3-5 years of experience working on Commercial/Occupier Fit Out Projects within a consultancy environment

• Self motivated and self starter

• Understanding of JCT contracts and contract administration

• Understanding of design process
