Principle Estates Surveyor Role - Northwest - £35 - Local Authority

I have a role available in the north west for a local authority who require an Interim General Practice Estates Surveyor on a 6 month contract with the possibility of being extended.

 Responsibilities-

• Must have experience of GP Surveying as they need a Surveyor who has varied experience around Estates Management. 
• Responsibilities include: Day to day estate management, rent reviews, lease renewals, landlord & tenant, service charges and re-gears. 
• You need Local Authority experience.
• You Must be Chartered for this role. 
• Project management is desirable.
