Property Manager - Social Enterprise Coffee Company
£40,000 - £45,000 plus benefits

Speciality coffee company with a difference, currently challenging perceptions and changing lives through exceptional coffee, is looking for a Property Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for everything that concerns the company’s real estate: site search, lease negotiations, new shop builds, maintenance, landlord relationships etc.
Reporting to the Head of Retail but working closely with the founders this role would suit someone who loves property but wants more autonomy and responsibility than the big agencies can offer.
MRICS with at least 3 years experience, you will have a developed understanding of the London commercial real estate market with particular emphasis on hospitality and enthusiasm for, and understanding of, corporate social impact objectives.
