Registered Valuer - West-Midlands - £40p/hr

I am working with a local Authority in the West Midlands who currently require a Registered Valuer on a 6-month contract. They current are needed to complete the annual valuations for the Council, the council require someone in the next two weeks to get the valuations up and running.

Responsibilities- 

- Must be a RICS registered valuer 
- Experience of Red-book valuations 
- You may also be required to carry out general Estates Management responsibilities - landlord and tenant, rent reviews and lease renewals.
