Our award winning client was formed ten years ago by colleagues who shared a vision – they wanted to prove that you could run a successful business and still be ethical and treat people properly.

They had a love for property and a history in the surveying world, so in the middle of a recession, and despite all odds they were born and the values of the business were established to reflect those of its founders:

  • Honesty
  • Integrity
  • Treating others as you would like to be treated.

They believe that their staff and clients are immensely important to the business and so ensure that both are treated with respect, as only with dedicated and motivated staff will they fulfil their commitments to the clients.

Professionalism together with a user-friendly approach means they never lose sight of the fact that buying a property is one of the most stressful and costly things that most people will ever do. They therefore make sure they help the customer get through the process with confidence.

In 2014 the company branched out into panel management and now offers a service to their many professional clients across the country using an ever growing team of their own quality surveyors and a network of trusted partners.

They are looking to recruit a Full Time (Part Time also considered) employed residential valuation surveyor in

  • Essex (Chelmsford/Colchester)

On offer is an extremely generous salary plus benefits.

They also have nationwide availability for freelance/consultant valuation surveyors. This valuation work will be on the company PII and will offer an extremely generous fee share.
