Senior Quantity Surveyor | Cambridge | Full Time | Permanent Role

Your new company
Hays are delighted to be working with a well-respected leading multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy, specialising in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Project Monitoring and Health & Safety. Our client has international presence, across 10 offices throughout the UK and Australia. With their unique approach to business allowing them to grow year on year, this company is looking to employ either a Senior, Associate or Director level Quantity Surveyor.

Your new role
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be joining a growing team in Cambridge, your tasks will include, but not be limited to; ensuring the financial position of construction projects are accurately reported and controlled, advise on project feasibility and present detailed valuations, building strong relationships with key clients and confidently interpreting and presenting data to deliver projects on time and to budget.

What you'll need to succeed
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will ideally have 5+ years of experience in a similar role, within a consultancy. You will be MRICS, or equivalent. You will also have experience of using JCT forms. It is not necessary but would be a bonus if you have experience of working with Historical listed buildings.
