A rapidly expanding Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy in London are seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor who is eager to move into a Senior Quantity Surveying position and develop within a small expanding business.

The Project Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor shall work alongside the Director of Cost Management in providing a modern approach to the quantity surveying role with the focus on 'projects for less, but higher quality'.

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor shall still provide a traditional quantity surveying service whilst additionally delivering solutions and advising clients throughout.

Projects include: Student Accommodation, Health, Residential, Industrial, and retail.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

  • From a main contractor or consultancy background
  • Degree qualified
  • Someone who enjoys how projects are built and engaging with the market
  • Positive mentality
  • Eager to join a small, expanding cost management team
  • Strong pre and post contract knowledge
