Property Manager / Surveyor

Property Manager | Cambridgeshire | Full Time | Up to £40,000

I am excited to be supporting one of the UK's largest property and planning consultants in their search for a Property Manager to join their growing Property & Asset Management team in Huntington. You'll be joining a company centred on a highly personal, partner-led approach who nurture tenacious problem-solving abilities, focused on adding value.

Your new role
As the Property Manager you will assist in the delivery of property management services and legal compliance across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties owned by various clients. You will need to build and maintain relationships with Clients, Tenants and the supply chain, provide high quality of professional customer service to tenants and manage the preparation of client reports and recommendations to present at client meetings. In addition to this you will need to ensure all legal Landlord obligations are met, formulate and provide effective monitoring and cost control of service charge budgets and approve reconciliations of year end service charge accounts in conjunction with service charge accountants.

What you'll need to succeed
As the Property Manager you will need to be organised and timely, have a natural ability to get on with people and be able to prioritise your own workload. Ideally you will have 2 years post qualified experience or 5 years non-qualified experience. You will be able to drive and hold a valid Driver's Licence and have use of own vehicle with mileage reimbursed allowance provided.

What you'll get in return
In addition to joining a team based in a picturesque rural location you will receive a salary of up to £40,000 with a Car Allowance of £3,000, business mileage can be claimed at 45p per mile and a company IPhone. You will also receive 23 days holiday, this increases by one day a year to maximum 28 days and you can buy or sell up to 5 days holiday per year at 50%. The Pension scheme includes a contribution of 3%, and the Death in Service scheme pays out life insurance at 2 x salary.
