Our client: This company is an entrepreneurial investment company managing a portfolio of real estate projects, with the office being based in the East of England, across the UK.

The Role:

Assist with acquiring and managing assets for the investment team to help execute the business planThe assets primarily are based in the industrial and office sector at the beginning, with the company reviewing new alternative opportunities as they arise.The day-to-day includes overseeing and executing an agreed business plan, typically involving an element of new build development or asset managementThe right candidate will be an integral part of the investment teams 3-year growth plan, reporting to the directors Initially (with oversight and guidance) be required to execute strategy with a view to working autonomously as they progress.

The Requirements:

(Ideally) MRICS with 2 years post-qualification experienceExperience sourcing and delivering successful development and asset management projects Experience of successful engagement with occupiers, agents, development managers and investorsHigh quality report writing skills as well as communication skills
