Permanent opportunity for a residential valuation surveyor in Manchester.

Your new company
A Manchester based consultancy that due to increased workload is now looking to further grow their team. They specialise in residential property surveys including, RICS valuations, condition surveys, EPCs.

Your new role
In this role you will be delivering residential valuation surveys and RICS reports on properties across Greater Manchester. These will mainly be pre-purchase surveys.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a RICS chartered valuation surveyor with few years experience delivering residential valuation surveys and reports. You will need to have great attention to detail and wanting to further progress your career.
