Estate Manager - Surveyor to Senior Surveyor - Birmingham

A leading consultancy are looking to hire an Estate Manager at Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level to join their Occupier Management team in Birmingham.

In this team you will be the contact for one of my client’s key accounts with no one day being the same. You will be involved in a variety of work on a predominantly office and retail portfolio, from consultancy responsibilities including lease consultancy initiatives, identifying asset management opportunities across the portfolio, as well as liaising with legal firms; to transactional roles acting on the account’s disposal and acquisition instructions.

This is great opportunity to join a leading consultancy, working on one of their major accounts. You will join a very friendly team who actively support one another and offer a flexible hybrid working schemes.

Key Skills or Experience

• Valid UK driving license
• Working knowledge with property management platforms (e.g., Yardi Voyager)
• RICS qualified (desirable, not essential)
• Property/Asset Management understanding
