This rapidly growing residential real estate investment company providing affordable housing across the UK are currently recruiting an acquisitions analyst to join their entrepreneurial team of housing, development and finance professionals. Investing in high yielding residential properties my client works in partnership with national house builders and public-sector organisations strategically acquiring, asset managing and disposing of property across England.
Preparing bids on S106 opportunities. Detailed and in depth understanding of the appraisal process. Complete detailed appraisals of potential schemes. Undertake market appraisals to assess the wider housing market in which HSPG currently operates and where we intend to develop schemes. Detailed and in depth understanding of the Affordable Housing Market. The ability to process large volumes of data and identify key metrics to significantly influence the viability of schemes and any potential risks.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' experience in a Real Estate Acquisitions related position and possess a relevant degree in real estate or finance. Knowledge of the appraisal process and in depth understanding of the Affordable Housing Market is also required.
