Are a firm of chartered surveyors who offer services in all aspects of commercial and residential property in across East Anglia. This is an opportunity for to join a well established practice who have been operating for over 25 years. Their portfolio consists of around 65% commercial and 35% residential with multiple development sites on the go.

Your new role
An excellent opportunity to join a family business, diversify the workload and have your say in the operations of the firm. As a Valuation surveyor you will be required to carry out various valuations across the region on a range of properties across East Anglia. This is a very unique and exciting opportunity to join a firm involved in various aspects of property management and general practice services.

What you'll need to succeed
As the valuation surveyor you will need to be a registered valuer and be fully chartered. However if you are a chartered surveyor with commercial or residential experience within agency or landlord and tenant services, then there is an opportunity for you to become a registered valuer fairly quickly through their existing panels and memberships.
