The business is a well-regarded boutique consultancy employing 10 strong, with a first-class client base within the private sector. Their commercial awareness, and creativity has led to continuous retention of their services by some of the biggest names including funds, major banks, occupiers, high-end residential owners/developers and more.

They are implementing the next phase of growth and are looking to provide a platform to a chartered building surveyor, seeking the lifestyle that will entail balance, autonomy, business management, business development and fantastic rewards.

Those who enjoy project and monitoring work, looking for a client-facing role will enjoy their pipeline of work that is continuously growing. You will also be instructed to maintain several key accounts, delivering all aspects of building surveying, working alongside a talented team. Projects range from major refurbishments, through to design and build and their will also be some elements of professional services such as building surveys, TDD, dilapidations & more.

The successful individual will live within a commutable distance to their Kingston office, who is chartered via MRICS and can display good technical knowledge across all areas of building surveying. You will have managed projects from inception to completion and have an appetite for wanting to push beyond boundaries and break records.
