You will also be instructed to maintain several key accounts, delivering all aspects of building surveying, working alongside a talented team. Projects range from major refurbishments, through to design and build and their will also be some elements of professional services such as building surveys, TDD, dilapidations & more.
The successful individual will live within a commutable distance to their Kingston office, who is chartered via MRICS and can display good technical knowledge across all areas of building surveying. You will have managed projects from inception to completion and have an appetite for wanting to push beyond boundaries and break records.
