Asset and Compliance Manager, c£40k per annum, 37 hours per week.
This is an exciting new role within ateb Group where you will support the Head of Property to achieve our service outcomes.
Your key responsibilities include the effective operational delivery of ateb’s SAM Improvement Strategy, by maximising the long-term effectiveness of our homes by ensuring our homes are affordable to use, minimising impact on the environment and meeting changing customer expectations.
You will ensure our homes and services are always fully compliant with current and future property related legislation. Your key service areas are Strategic Asset Management, Compliance, Shared Spaces and Facilities Management. You will also have an out of hours commitment.
You will need extensive building asset and compliance management experience, holding a professional
qualification in a related discipline, or extensive equivalent experience supported by other qualifications.
Experience in managing the operational and health and safety requirements of site and office based teams is a must-have, and experience of leading decarbonisation/ retrofit building programmes would be an advantage.
