Our client is a Nationwide property and construction consultancy working in a variety of sectors from Blue light to Education to Residential. They are currently trying to grow their Bristol office and are looking for a strong Associate level Building Surveyor to come in and take control in order to help this office flourish. This role is an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director to take the next step in their career, taking control and helping this office grow.

The Role:

The ideal candidate will have confidence to lead a team and help grow the office by undertaking in business development, bringing in clients etc.They will have demonstratable experience of managing and developing a Building Surveying department working with other DirectorsThey will also be able to manage and maintain clients to a high standard ensuring principles of the companies policies are met.They will have an understanding of the market and the region and the broader national sector/serviceSupporting the marketing team and the finance team when applicable.The candidate will have support from the Directors of the London and Kent office as the office grows

The Requirements:

MRICS Qualified Significant experience of working as an Associate director Experience managing key clientsExperience working large scale projectsExperience managing and developing individuals and/or teamsExperience in business development activities
