Small Works Project Manager- Local Authority
Your new company
A Large Local Authority based in the East Midlands are looking for a Project Manager to join their team on a long term interim basis. The role is 37.5 hours per week and can be expected to be hybrid working.
Your new role
You will be required to work on their Minor workstreams including Housing development, HRA works, capital works, schools capital and S106 monies. This is mainly to run with 'minor' works and the budget for these projects will range from £50k - £750 inc. site works.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally the candidate will have a building surveyor background as you will provide intel within this area and be prepared to fulfil the PD (Principal Designer) role for some workstreams. Relevant experience and qualifications in this area and previous experience managing Small Works projects for a Local Authority is desirable.
