They provide the full suite of building surveying services with a strong reputation in project related matters. The business has a successful history of negotiating, acting on behalf of the building and adjoining owners in party wall matters and regularly undertake interim and terminal schedules of dilapidations, on behalf of landlords and tenants. Project work varies from refurbishments to design and build contracts valued up to £10m, working with private clients including investors, retail and hospitality giants, block managers and commercial property owners.
The role will see you delivering projects acting as project manager or contract administrator. Some projects are at tender stage where others are nearing the final stages of completion. You will be client facing inheriting a loyal client base and will be required to carry out, building surveys, dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys and other professional related matters from time to time.
The business is currently at an important stage of its lifecycle and requires a competent individual that will help nurture and develop business. You will be MRICS, commercially aware and capable in leading projects from design stages to completion. The Director is looking for somebody loyal, who wants balance, can work autonomously and will enjoy being a part of developing the service offering.
In return, you will be provided with a solid basic up to £60,000 pension, healthcare, 25 days holiday plus Christmas and bank holidays, flexible working and a terrific bonus structure.
