Building Surveyor

We have a great opportunity for a chartered building surveyor looking to broaden their experience and pursue the next step of their career working for a medium sized consultancy.

The business provides a quality service working closely with private clients on small to large industrial and commercial schemes valued up to £30 Million. These projects are produced globally working within a varied number of sectors including education, retail, commercial, residential, sport & leisure and more.

The building surveying team are circa 18 strong made up of graduates, chartered building surveyors, senior building surveyors, associates and one partner. They deliver both project and professional services, working with developers, institutions, investors, educational establishments and some local authority and housing providers.

Some of their projects range from - CAT B refurbishment on behalf of an investor through to a design and build contract delivering new residential homes. Several roof refurbishments as well as window replacements on behalf of secondary schools and colleges. Professional services are popular amongst the local market and often see our client carrying out surveys, dilapidations, party wall and expert witness

They are seeking a chartered building surveyor who is commercially aware, client facing, who enjoys traditional building surveying. You will have a RICS accredited degree and can display a thorough understanding when it comes to traditional building surveying. You will be able to take projects from the design phase through to completion and aspire of mentoring a graduate if not now soon.

You will be provided with a salary up to £55,000 plus benefits including 25 days holiday, car allowance, Pension 6%, CPD & RICS Fees paid, Season Ticket Loans, Healthcare, Retail Discounts and more.
