Chartered Building Surveyor

A driven senior building surveyor is needed to help deliver work to a number of commercial clients, landed estates and institutional clients. The position would suit a surveyor with up to 3 years post qualification who is looking to work for a privately owned consultancy that is buoyant, has an exceptional bonus structure as well as uncapped progression.

The firm provides  Building Surveying, cost and Project Management services from their West End Offices in London. They are well established and have a significant client base for the size of organisation that they, it is testament to the staff and directors of how they are regarded by their clients.

The team are proactive, have a “one for all” culture that means no one person is left on their own to get on with duties, unless of course this is something that they wish for. This team offers full building surveying consultancy services from acquisition, contract administration through to schedules of condition and neighborly maters.

The role requires you to to deliver traditional building surveying, with an emphasis on commercial surveying services and a roundness in experience through professional and project work.

The individual, you will come from a commercial consultancy, whether they are an independent or corporate entity. Experience of working in London although beneficial by way of contacts and exposure is not essential. What is essential is that you are chartered and  have between 0 -3 years pqe, people with more experience will be considered but with the current team structure the former would be preferred.
