Project Monitoring Surveyor - Reading - up to £65,000

I'm currently working with a leading Property and Construction Consultancy who are looking to add an experienced Fund Monitoring Surveyor to their Reading based team.

You would be joining a busy, friendly team with an outstanding client list and a diverse range of exciting projects. This specialist Fund Monitoring team works with a full selection of high street banks, funders, challenger banks and specialist lenders.

Ideally you will have monitoring experience, however if you are an established Surveyor (Preferably Chartered) from a Building Surveying/ QS or Project Management background, who is keen to develop your career in this direction, you will be considered.
