Qualifications required

Ideally Chartered Surveyor with MRICS or MCIOB or RIBA Architect with 5 years post qualification experience ideally in delivering Design and Build, Retail or Leisure Projects.

Experience with JCT Contracts, Specification implementation, statutory compliance and CDM related legislation would be advantageous.

Job Description:

This successful candidate will be responsible for the management of a variety of concurrent and diverse projects (New Build, Refurbishment and Fit outs) within Commercial, Retail and Leisure Sectors, all of which must be delivered within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters. The role requires management and service delivery of projects from inception to handover to client.

The role requires an individual who is well organized, proactive, excellent communicator and highly motivated.

Since the role is further involved with the management of various contractors, it also calls for effective managerial and monitoring skills.
This is a permanent full-time position working from the Warrington office, involving UK wide travel and working outside normal office hours will be required – please ensure an up to date CV is available with application. References will be sought prior to appointment into the position.
