Property Investment & Acquisition Manager – London/Herts – Part home-based - £50k basic + Commission

Our client is a highly successful Restaurant Chain with outlets throughout the UK and Ireland.

With ambitious plans for further expansion to consolidate national coverage they now seek a Property Investment & Acquisition Manager to undertake a broad Property Acquisition and Management function as follows:

- Working 2 days per week from a North London / Herts office base, the rest from home/on the road

- Acquisition of investment and development opportunities to deliver company strategy focussing on delivering high yielding and development opportunities in City Centre locations throughout the UK.

- Identification of freehold and leasehold opportunities to meet operational requirements of the companies nationwide restaurant business.

- Identify and bring forward proposals for the development of existing assets including the disposing of redundant, obsolete or poor performing assets

The suitable Property Investment & Acquisition Manager will be required to liaise and develop relationships with external agents, developers, and other property professionals to deliver a pipeline of opportunities that meet the businesses requirements.

In terms of experience, the successful Property Investment & Acquisition Manager will have:

• Had direct Involvement and a proven track record of delivering acquisitions
• A good understanding of the UK commercial property market (particularly retail and leisure)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A good understanding of investment appraisals
• The knowledge and confidence to work autonomously and able to prioritise, plan and organise own workload to meet conflicting priorities, targets and deadlines

Ideally, the suitable Property Investment & Acquisition Manager will hold RICS qualification but this is not essential.

In addition to a basic salary up to £50k the successful Property Investment & Acquisition Manager will enjoy bonuses, 25 days holiday and a pension.
