Hays Property & Surveyor have been instructed by a niche national property consultancy based in Central London who are looking to strengthen their Commercial Property & Asset Management department.

Hays have been instructed by an independent commercial property consultancy who are partner lead and looking take advantage of the recent spike in client instructions. As the property market continues to recover from the global pandemic this fantastic partnership is looking to grow their property management department with talented qualified individuals. The company has a range of clients which include private property companies, institutional investors, HNWI's and numerous corporate and retail occupiers.

Your new role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced APC surveyor or newly qualified mrics chartered surveyor who is looking for a client facing commercial property management role that will provide exposure to property & asset management instructions. The successful candidate will be required to deliver all management services, build long lasting client relationships, manage fees, rental collections, support of key lease events, manage service charges and respond to tenant requests & applications. There will be an element of travel to the role with regular client meetings and site visits required.

What you'll need to succeed

Relevant RICS Degree or MRICS Qualified

We are looking for surveyors with a passion for property management and current experience of managing diverse commercial portfolios that include offices, retail and industrial assets.
