Job Details
I am working with a local authority client in the North West of England who are looking for an Interim Senior Estates Surveyor to join their team on an initial 3-month contract, with scope for further extension.
Rate: £35-40 per hour INSIDE IR35.
Location: North West England.
Contract type: Temporary 3-month contract with scope for further extension.
Flexible working: Remote working 4 days per week, 1 day in office/site visit.
Client: Local Authority.
Duties in the role:
- Completing Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, and General day-to-day Estates Management.
- Providing trustworthy and reliable feedback to the council.
Experience:
Experience working in a local authority setting, as well as experience conducting rent reviews, lease renewals, and daily estate management. (MRICS desirable but not essential.)
