The Senior Project Manager will be involved Retail and Banking Projects in the South East region.

Requirements of the Senior Project Manager

Work as a delivery lead on medium sized workplace projects, reporting into the Programme Management Director.Act as project manager on a variety of workplace projects with a wide group of stakeholders in corporate environments.Monitor progress of work, identify and coordinate collation of risks and present in reports. Provide flash report on progress on a weekly basis.Work with digital project management toolkits (support and onboarding is provided) as well as engagement with GEC PM support where applicable.Prepare mobilisation plans for projects including project execution plan and process definition.Establish and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand and influence their activities and promote and enhance the client goals and reputation.Provide effective leadership to health & safety matters by actively promoting health & safety awareness and ensuring the provision of safe working practices.Support and coach more junior project team members and be an advocate for learning and development.
