Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join an award winning multi-discipline consultancy in London.

My client is a vibrant and dynamic organisation who has a reputable reputation in the construction industry. The UK based firm provides accurate property and surveying advice across the commercial and residential sectors.

The building consultancy division plays an integral part of the practice's success. They are led by a team of professional and passionate individuals. The department are a close-knit team of sociable and friendly surveyors who take great pride in their craft and pay close attention to detail.

This is a traditional building surveying role which exposes you across both professional and project disciplines. You will support a Senior Building Surveyor on multiple schemes across London and the surrounding Home Counties. Your line manager is also an experienced APC councillor who will support you through your process to gain full Chartership status.

• Dilapidations
• Building surveys
• Contract administration
• Project management
• Party wall matters
• Design specification
• Refurbishment
• Planned maintenance programmes
• Schedules of condition
• Defect analysis

About the Assistant Building Surveyor:

• BSc in Building Surveying
• Minimum 18 months private practice experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive, driven, 'can do' attitude
• Full UK driver's licence
