Senior Quantity Surveyor

My client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their successful cost consultancy department.

You will get fantastic project exposure, working on some of the biggest projects within the country.

Projects will range from but limited to Residential, Commercial, Education and Leisure.

Requirements of the Senior Quantity Surveyor

Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Employers agent experience would be highly advantageousAt least 5+ years postgraduate experience with provable technical delivery experienceExperience with cost planning, value engineering, preparing tenders, billing

On offer for the Senior Quantity Surveyor

A starting salary of between £50,000 - £55,000 depending on experienceProject exposure over a variety of sectors within both public and private sectors25 days holiday plus public holidaysHealthcareProfessional SubscriptionsIndustry leading pension contributionLife Assurance of 4x salary
