Graduate Building Surveyor

Carriera is currently seeking a graduate building surveyor to join a very successful building consultancy practice based in Hammersmith & Fulham

This is an opportunity to join a young and energetic team who have sustained a superb reputation within the London market. They are retained surveyors on prestigious grade 1 and 2 listed buildings and in addition provide a wide range of services across an impressive list of property portfolios, within the high end residential and commercial space.Their clients range from property management firms, high net worth individuals, solicitors, multinational retail chains and international conventional centres.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a graduate building surveyor who is looking to be a part of a fun but hard-working environment, that will provide an opportunity to deliver the full suite of building surveying duties to a mix of private clients. You will be working alongside four chartered building surveyors, and this combined with the diversity of workload will ensure that you are in a good position to pass your APC.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience working within property and must have a RICS accredited degree in building surveying. It is important that you have sound knowledge of construction and basic knowledge of building surveying services / health and safety. You will be proficient in AutoCAD, MS office and are driven, hardworking and able to work within a team.

In return the business will provide full support to get you chartered and will pay a basic salary up to £30,000 plus bonus, 25 days holiday, pension, bike to work scheme.
