Job title: Associate Building Surveyor
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum
A UK top 150 consultancy is looking to add an experienced Associate Building Surveyor to their London office.
My client is a dynamic multi-discipline practice who pride themselves on providing accurate property advice across the built environment. They have proudly worked with prestigious clientele such as Rolls Royce, Mercedes, Red Bull Formula 1 and Ascot Racecourse.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Associate Building Surveyor to support the current Partner. The team is delivering projects in the private residential, commercial and education sectors. We are looking for a professional surveyor to mentor junior members whilst supporting the Partner with client management and making strategic decisions.
The Partner is looking for an Associate Building Surveyor with the appetite to progress their career. You will be given the full support of the practice to achieve Partnership status.
About the role;
The successful Associate Building Surveyor will manage several schemes from inception to completion. You will oversee internal and external stakeholders delivering large schemes across London and the surrounding homes counties. You will also be tasked with developing and strengthening existing relationships whilst spotting new business opportunities.
