Senior Building Surveyor

Our client is a premier player delivering consultancy services throughout the public and private sectors.

These services include but not limited to building surveying, project and programme managementarchitecture, cost management, engineering & environmental solutions and more. The new appointment has come about, due to several new instructions sufficing from investors and lenders across the UK & EU markets.

The opportunity will be working alongside a specialist and traditional building surveying team, where your core focus will largely relate to transactionally based instructions travelling between the UK, Spain, and France. The workload will focus mainly on TDD and will encompass a mixture of technical advisory and project work. You will be heavily involved with the delivery of these instructions and will be seen as your clients trusted advisor, with the responsibility of mentoring your younger peers as they develop professionally.

You will be MRICS, with a special interest in TDD as well as commercially aware. You will have experience in the private sector and have experience in managing projects valued up to £10m. The opportunity will be client facing, so it is imperative that you are confident in dealing with clients directly and are able to provide concise commercial advice. If you can speak French or Spanish, this will be an added benefit.
