Senior Building Surveyor

Carriera is recruiting for a globally recognised organisation that specialise in commercial real estate.

Our client operates in 30 countries and is considered as a powerhouse within the private sector. The building surveying team form part of the wider building consultancy division and provide a range of project and professional advice to clients ranging from occupiers, through to investors, funds, major banks and other large private corporate organisations.

The business is offering a solid platform for a senior building surveyor. You will encompass schemes purely within the commercial space, undertaking instructions ranging from CAT A to CAT B fit outs, TDD surveys and other professional related advice such as dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys to name a few.

To be successful, you will be MRICS with proven experience in managing large commercial projects. You will have strong technical knowledge and are client facing. You will inherit a very impressive client base, so it is imperative that you are an affective communicator, who can manage the pressures of corporate clients from time to time. You will also be in a small team and will be expected to help mentor APC building surveyors.
