Estate Manager - Occupier Management - Birmingham

I am working alongside a global consultancy in the search for an Estate Manager to join their occupier management team at surveyor level. My client offers someone with experience in estate or property management the unique opportunity to work on a high profile account.

You will joining a national team providing dedicated estate management to one of my clients most important accounts. The portfolio is a mix of commercial assets with a bias towards retail. Among delivering traditional estate management, you will be a contact for the account, providing them with professional advice and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the vacating strategies of leasehold and freehold properties
• Identify cost savings throughout the portfolio  
• Liaising between Landlord, Tenets and other parties for property concerns
• Keeping accurate and up-to-date data relating to the portfolio
• Consistent direct communication, reporting to the account

Skills & Experience

• MRICS (preferred but not essential)
• Experience with property management specific software
• Experience in property/estate management
