My client is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team working on Education, Science and Health projects Nationwide.

Requirements of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

MRICS qualifiedExperience of working on large scale hospital, university and science laboratory projectsStrong client facing skillsExperience of taking projects from inception through to completion

Role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

You will be responsible for supporting managers in achieving service excellence and positive outcomes for our clients; showing high levels of technical capability, sound commercial knowledge and a good understanding of the key drivers or cost and value; capturing and sharing knowledge and driving innovation in service.Cost Estimates / FeasibilitiesBenchmarkingValue add and value managementProcurement and tenderingReview and agree Contractors ProposalsFinal review of Contractors cost submissions and agree contract sumsCost ReportingChange ControlFinal AccountsInterim and final payments

On offer for the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

A starting salary of between £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience, 25 days annual leave, BUPA Healthcare, Pension 8% matched, Life Assurance (4x salary), Professional Subscriptions Paid, Remote / Flexible Working, Discretionary Bonus Scheme
