Based in Islington, we are a growing private practice specialising in Building Surveys, Homebuyer Reports, Valuations and a range of Party Wall services covering Greater London. Established in 2007, our mission is to make the homebuying process as simple and stress free as possible. Due to continued success we are ideally looking to expand our team in East, West and South London.

The Role

FRICS/MRICS/AssocRICS registered valuer Carrying out one or two valuations in any given day or perhaps a Homebuyer Report and a small valuation or Building Survey only. All our instructions are for private clients. We do not undertake any bank lending/panel work.

Your Profile

At least 3 years PQE with experience in producing Building Surveys & Homebuyer reports

Chartered or Associate members with Registered Valuer Status

Strong residential knowledge

Ability to proactively manage your caseload

Full/part time or consultancy considered Diligent, enthusiastic & motivated

Great attention to detail

Provide excellent client care

Able to use initiative and take a proactive stance

I.T. literate

Eagerness to be involved in taking the business into 2021 and beyond Full driving licence required
