**COMMERCIAL SURVEYORS LOOKING TO MOVE INTO DEVELOPMENT SURVEYING **
I am assisting a mid-sized consultancy in the search for a commercial surveyor to join their progressive development team in Birmingham. My client offers the training and progression for a valuation, or general commercial surveyor, to move away from valuation and instead be involved on exciting diverse development projects UK wide.
As part of this team, no day will be like the rest. Owning responsibilities across the whole development spectrum including appraisals, development solutions, and transactional work on complex residential and commercial development schemes as well as Public Investment Funds nation-wide.
Key Responsibilities
- Work across residential and commercial developments
- Transactional development work; acquisitions and disposals
- Development consultancy
Key Skills and Experience
- MRICS Qualified
- General commercial experience
- Registered Valuer (preferred but not essential)
- Clear and effective communication skills
