The successful candidate will be advising on landlord and tenant arrangements across areas including leases, lease renewal, rent review, dilapidations, easements, service charges and disputes.
With offices across Shropshire and the West Midlands, the office base can be flexible. This role would ideally suit an individual seeking differing career objectives, including those aspiring to equity share.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant subject and a considerable knowledge of commercial landlord and tenant law, ideally within a consultancy environment and will be a RICS qualified Surveyor with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience.
The individual will be a pro-active and hard-working Commercial Property professional with a proven track record and will demonstrate the ability to provide the highest levels of customer service.
