This is the first time this company has been recruiting for almost 18 months – they have been carful since the pandemic but they have weathered the storm and been through some huge changes recently as they are just about to move into their new office on the King’s Road in Chelsea.

For nearly 30 years they have specialised in this world, they deliver projects from large county estates to luxury penthouse apartments and their client base of high-net-worth individuals isn’t matched by many, delivering projects in the UK and across Europe.

Over the last 5 years they have branched out into other sectors - you would have the opportunity to work on 5-star hotels and high-end commercial office developments, giving you that diversity moving forward.

They are looking for a client facing individual that has a real interest in prime resi schemes, they are currently at a head count of 20 and they are looking to really push on over the next 5 years, for someone that wants to feel part of something and grow alongside a company then this could be a fantastic opportunity.

The directors are young guys and great fun, they like taking the team out as often as possible and just before the pandemic they took everyone over to Iceland for some site seeing/beers.

Flexible working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home moving forward
