We are looking to recruit a full time self-motivated individual who has one or two years post graduate experience, who is looking for a new and stimulating opportunity to gain wider experience and develop independent qualities.

As a Building/Quantity Surveyor you will be working within a team on a broad range of project and professional work, across a number of building/premises types and ages, with this specific role having a focus on educational and commercial facilities.

You will undertake a range of professional and project work including supporting Building Project Development/Management in respect of both design and construction phases during the planned programme year (training will be given as required). You will run your own jobs (support will be given where required), as well as support and plan your share of the workload and priorities. Administration support is provided.

For this role, you will:

Be qualified to degree level or equivalent in Building/Quantity Surveying or relevant technical subject.

Be a RICS Associate Member (AssocRICS Building Surveying)/QSi Associate Member, or equivalent.

Have a minimum of 12 months practical experience in a similar/related role.

Have excellent communication skills and be comfortable liaising with people at all levels.

Hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of a vehicle for business use.

Experience of working in the education sector is desirable, but not essential.
