Applications are invited for an Estates Manager position. This position is offered on a 2 year fixed term contract. The Estates Manager oversees the day to day work of all building and maintenance contractors on site. The main purpose of the role is to manage within existing H&S and other regulations and budget, minor building projects, maintenance and building services, fire regulations (working closely with the Health & Safety Officer) and all associated work within the Foundation’s premises and property portfolio.
We expect the successful candidate to hold a professional membership of CIOB, CIBSE, RICS, RIBA or BIFM with appropriate qualifications. Experience of working in a school environment would be advantageous.
