Your new role
You will be joining the Tenant Representation Team within the organisation's West End office. It is a well-established business with a client base comprising global corporations, UK national businesses, Government agencies and not-for-profit organisations. The Team of five fee earners is supported by a Team administrator and the group maintains a friendly Team culture that is very much focussed on ensuring that all Team members enjoy their experience of the work environment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary from Lease Consultancy (representing tenants in lease renewals, break option-linked lease restructuring & rent reviews) to office acquisition (undertaking property searches & lease negotiations for those clients wishing to relocate) to supporting the Team Leader with the implementation of business development initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
- MRICS Qualified
- Minimum 2 years' PQE
- Thorough understanding of landlord and tenant law - in particular with regard to rent reviews and lease renewals
- Experience of the London office market desired but not essential
- Full UK Driving Licence
What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will earn between £45,000 and £55,000 depending on experience.
